Privacy policy.

This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit kalinski.group or contact us using the website.

01 / Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Kaliński Invest Sp. z o.o., Aleja Róż 12A, 00-556 Warszawa, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 1182239605.

For questions about your personal data or to exercise your rights, contact biuro@kalinski.group or write to our registered address above.

02 / Information you provide

Our contact form collects your full name, email address and phone number, together with your consent to use these details to respond to your enquiry. We also process information you provide in subsequent correspondence.

Providing these details is voluntary. The fields marked as required must be completed to submit the form. You can also contact us directly by email.

03 / Purposes and legal grounds

We use the information submitted through the contact form to respond to your enquiry and follow up on the matter you contacted us about, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR).

If you request steps towards a contract, the necessary processing may be based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We may also process information where needed to comply with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or unrelated marketing.

04 / Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle your enquiry and related correspondence, or until you withdraw your consent. Where a separate legal ground applies, relevant records may be retained for the applicable statutory retention period or for the time necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

05 / Service providers and recipients

The website and enquiry service use technical service providers, including hosting and email services. The contact form uses Microsoft’s email service to deliver enquiries. Access to personal data may be provided to authorised personnel and service providers to the extent needed to handle your enquiry, operate the service or comply with law.

Where a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, the applicable GDPR transfer requirements must be met, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses. You can contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.

06 / Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. You may also object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). Information is available at uodo.gov.pl.

07 / Cookies and technical operation

The public holding page does not require an access code and does not include advertising or analytics scripts. If you previously accessed the private preview, an existing kg-access cookie may remain in your browser until it expires, up to eight hours after it was set. Technical request information, such as IP addresses, request times and browser information, may be processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver the website and maintain its security. External company links lead to separate websites with their own privacy policies.

08 / Automated decisions

The contact form does not use your data to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, and does not profile you for such decisions.
